You may order with confidence from PeteAndWayne.com! All transactions take place on our secure servers. We do our best to keep the site up-to-date. However, should an item you order be out-of-stock, we will inform you via e-mail. Your credit card is not charged until items are actually shipped.
Credit Card Acceptance:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. IMPORTANT - The Billing Address you enter at Order Checkout time MUST match the billing address on record for the credit card you use for a purchase from our Internet Store. Any order where the Ship-To address does not match the Bill-To address will be cancelled automatically.
Order Shipping and Fulfillment:
PeteAndWayne.com merchandise orders are shipped using USPS Domestic and USPS International Mail. Shipments normally arrive anywhere in the continental U.S. within 7-10 business days after shipment; international orders typically take longer.
Merchandise orders are fulfilled each week on Tuesday and possibly more frequently during high-volume periods. An EMAIL confirmation will be sent when an order is shipped accompanied by the USPS Delivery Confirmation tracking number for your reference. You can visit the USPS web site to track an order's progress by supplying your confirmation number on their web page.
Handling and Shipping Fees:
For each customer's order, a non-refundable Handling Fee of 12% is charged per-item to cover processing costs and to help ensure each order is packaged safely so that it will get to you in one piece, most importantly without damage. Each customer invoice will have a Shipping Fee amount which includes this Handling Fee. In case of a product return, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
A non-refundable Shipping Fee represents the computed USPS Domestic/International postage which is based on the total weight of the items included with each order along with the destination zip code location. Each customer invoice will list the Shipping Fee as a line-item which also includes the Handling Fee as well as the computed Shipping Fee amount. In case of a product return, this amount will be deducted from the refunded amount.
If requested, we will attempt to accommodate special requests for expedited shipping when contacted via EMAIL at email@example.com after placing an order. For special requests, expect an additional shipping charge to cover the courier's shipping charge.
Within 30 days of shipment, you may return the following items for any reason, for a full refund of the item's selling price (minus the Shipping and Handling Fees listed on the invoice):
* Any unopened (CD & DVD) media
* Any other item in new condition with its original packaging
Returns should be sent to the address on the packing slip that accompanies your order.
